1950 Flying Cloud with an interior that was designed and completely hand-built for the CEO of Airstream and his family. I wanted to design and fabricate something for them that was memorable. Model has liner rear endcap. This trailer had a new chassis and axle fitted at the Airstream factory as well as a subloor, In addition it has all new systems, holding tanks, and interior aluminum walls. Exterior polished and clear-coated. I feel this is the best interior I've done to date. A very time consuming project owing to the amount of fabrication. This is one fine '50 Flying Cloud without peer.

Features include: Interior wood-work built of walnut plywood and solid walnut. Polished end-caps. Linoleum sheet flooring and linoleum surfaces. Contrasting upholstery using commercial-grade textiles. Mattress for rear bedroom custom made. Custom galley metal-work with aluminum cabinet drawer faces, bucked rivets and edgings. Backsplashs of corrugated copper + copper rivets. Refigerator door insert made of riveted panels with vintage Airstream nameplate. Vintage lighting throughout plus custom made fixtures. New old stock vintage kitchenware and barware. Contrasting linoleum inlay in entry step. Sound system with front and rear two-way speakers, subwoofer and amplifier. Custom fabricated louvered aluminum panels inside and out.
